Ljudi stolje\u0107ima poku\u0161avaju na\u0107i na\u010dine pobolj\u0161anja zdravlja &#8211; kako imati vi\u0161e energije, bolje zdravlje, kvalitetniji san i bistriji um. Poznata medicinska poema iz srednjeg vijeka (kraj \u0161esnaestog stolje\u0107a)\u00a0<em>Regimen Sanitatis Salernitanum<\/em> nabraja da \u010dovjek treba odr\u017eavati ravnote\u017eu izme\u0111u sna, hrane, rada i odmora kako bi sa\u010duvao zdravlje tijela i jasno\u0107u uma.<br \/>\nJednog od tada navedenih savjeta se i danas pridr\u017eavamo i ponavljamo: nakon jela slijedi lagana \u0161etnja, a ne odmah odmor ili pretjeran rad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Biohacking nije nekakavo \u201chakiranje\u201d biologije, nego novo ime za takav stvarno stari pristup \u010duvanju zdravog \u017eivota.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Glavna ideja je <strong>malim kontinuiranim promjenama pobolj\u0161avati svoje kapacitete<\/strong>. U fokusu su tijelo i mozak kao <strong>biolo\u0161ki nositelji snage, zdravlja i uma<\/strong>. Ve\u0107 od pedesetih godina pro\u0161log stolje\u0107a sustavno se istra\u017eivalo i donosilo u praksu kako prehrana i zdrave navike utje\u010du na aktivnost, energiju i raspolo\u017eenja. A popularni moderni tehnolo\u0161ki pomaci su: kori\u0161tenje pametnih satova, neuro-stimulatora, dodaci prehrani koji zvu\u010de kao da su si\u0161li s naslovnice znanstvenih \u010dasopisa, uranjanje u ledenu kupku itd.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Primjeri su uistinu bazi\u010dne prakse za usvajanje zdravlja:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>hladan tu\u0161 za razbu\u0111ivanje,<\/li>\n<li>kratka meditacija za smanjenje stresa,<\/li>\n<li>tehnike disanja za bolji fokus,<\/li>\n<li>odlazak na spavanje bez mobitela,<\/li>\n<li>pra\u0107enje koliko sna stvarno dobivamo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ono \u0161to je novo jest <strong>tehnologija i vi\u0161e informacija<\/strong> nego ikada ranije &#8211; pametni satovi, aplikacije i razni senzori i stimulatori omogu\u0107uju ljudima da prate podatke o vlastitom tijelu gotovo u stvarnom vremenu. Treba dobro odmjeriti i racionalno koristiti tu divnu pametnu tehnologiju. \u00a0Najbolji biohacking ipak se svodi na dobro provedene jednostavne navike: dovoljno sna, manje stresa, kvalitetna prehrana, kretanje i vrijeme bez ekrana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Na na\u0161im radionicama o stresu i temeljnim vje\u0161tinama za uspostavljanje ravnote\u017ee, otpornosti na stres i ja\u010danja zdravih navika sudionici su <strong>naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e impresionirani time da vide i uspiju razumjeti osnovni mehanizam uspostavljanja HRV<\/strong>-a (heart rate variability &#8211;
