To mo\u017ee biti intenzivni jednodnevni program\u00a0 ili timski razvojni ciklus (redovito u\u010denje i pra\u0107enje tima kroz kontinuirani rad, npr. 1\/2 dana svaka dva mjeseca). Oblikovale smo<strong> znanstveno utemeljen, prakti\u010dan poticajan i osvje\u0161\u0107uju\u0107i program:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Razumjeti \u0161to je i \u0161to nije stres<\/li>\n<li>\u0160to nam znanost 21. stolje\u0107a mo\u017ee re\u0107i o stresu<\/li>\n<li>Biolo\u0161ki temelji obnavljanja, polivagalna teorija, razvoj navika<\/li>\n<li><strong>HeartMath metoda uklju\u010dena je u sve radionice o stresu i individualne programe<\/strong>, prevenciju izgaranja i izgradnju otpornosti na stres.<br \/>\n<a href=\"#heartmath\">Nau\u010dite \u0161to zna\u010de promjene u sr\u010danim ritmovima<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Kako si trenutno umanjiti pritisak ili neugodu<\/li>\n<li>Raspolo\u017eenja, razina energije, radni ritmovi<\/li>\n<li>Kako dugoro\u010dno razvijati otpornost na stres i kapacitet obnavljanja (resillience)<\/li>\n<li>Tehnike za umanjivanje tenzija, prikladne i neprikladne tehnike za pojedina stanja<br \/>\n(panika, tjeskoba, ljutnja, depresija)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Program se mo\u017ee dodatno pro\u017eeti temama o emocionalnom zdravlju<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Upravljanje emocijama &#8211; emocionalne kompetencije<\/li>\n<li>Kako racionalno razmi\u0161ljati? U\u017eivale smo razmjenu znanja s HeartMathom i pristup istra\u017eivanjima. pou\u010davanje po HeartMath metodi (<strong>uklju\u010dena je u sve radionice o stresu i individualne programe, prevenciju izgaranja i izgradnju otpornosti na stres.<\/strong>)<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"5:1-5:254\">Istra\u017eivanja HeartMath insituta pokazala su da iskrene emocije stvaraju optimalno psihofiziolo\u0161ko stanje nazvano koherencijom, koja je povezana s pobolj\u0161anjima zdravlja, dobrobiti i u\u010dinkovitosti.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Koherenciju je mogu\u0107e vidjeti i izmjeriti u ritmi\u010dkoj aktivnosti srca, koja se tako\u0111er naziva varijabilnosti sr\u010danog ritma (HRV).<\/li>\n<li>Uz tehnike i tehnologiju HeartMath, mo\u017eete vidjeti vlastiti obrazac varijabilnosti sr\u010danog ritma (HRV) i nau\u010diti se temeljnoj praksi za samoregulaciju &#8211; ulazak u koherentno stanje \u00a0u stvarnom vremenu.<\/li>\n<li>Tehnike su jednostavne, no zahtijevaju smislenu i usmjerenu, dosljednu praksu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img
