Kada govorimo o <strong>kompetencijama upravljanja promjenama, govorimo o \u00a0zrelosti i sposobnostima vo\u0111enja i upravljanja, o integrativnoj vje\u0161tini<\/strong>: Upravljanje promjenama \u00a0obuhva\u0107a niz aktivnosti u organizacijama koje obuhva\u0107aju metode, alate i pristupe vo\u0111enja promjena. Uvijek se odvija u nekoliko koraka (bilo oni projektno vo\u0111eni i prepoznati, ili nenamjerni) :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>prepoznavanje potreba i pokretanje promjene (razvoj, transformacija ili tranzicija)<\/li>\n<li>dijagnosticiranje porebnih promjena i oblikovanje budu\u0107eg stanja<\/li>\n<li>planiranje intervencija kako bi se \u017eeljena promjena postigla<\/li>\n<li>implementiranje planova i nadziranje provedbe<\/li>\n<li>odr\u017eavanje promjene<\/li>\n<li>vo\u0111enje i upravljanje reakcijama uklju\u010denih ljudi<\/li>\n<li>u\u010denje iz promjene<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>U praksi ne postoje \u010dvrste granice izme\u0111u pojedinih koraka, no kvalitetni razvoj i u\u010dinkovitost organizacije ovise o tome da se koraci potrebni za provo\u0111enje organizacijskih promjena sustavno adresiraju. Sastoji se od niza timskih i individualnih, edukacijskih i konzultativnih sastanaka \u2013 usmjerenih kvalitetnom dono\u0161enju odluka i odmjeravanju potreba i ciljeva tijekom procesa promjena. Osobita pa\u017enja se posve\u0107uje tome da se ljude educira o\u00a0 tijeku promjena i o o\u010dekivanim psiholo\u0161kim reakcijama na promjene (u\u010de se modeli upravljanja promjenama, poput Kottlerovog modela, 7s, 4 sobe promjene, Kurt Lowenov mode) i promi\u0161lja se upravljanje ljudskim resursima u organizaciji ili projektnom \u010dlanova tima.<\/p>\n<p>Podr\u0161ka upravljanju promjenama sastoji se od niza aktivnosti koja prati organizacijski tim kroz nekoliko susreta (ili tijekom duljeg trajanja zahtjevnog projekta ili transformacije)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>edukacije o modelima i na\u010dinima provo\u0111enja promjena<\/li>\n<li>edukacije i konzultacije o vo\u0111enju timova i facilitacije timskih procesa<\/li>\n<li>individualna podr\u0161ka &#8211; voditeljima programa\/projekata i timova \u00a0&#8211; konzultacije i coaching<\/li>\n<li>po potrebi &#8211; intervencije \/moderacije u organizacijskim konfliktima<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Teorija i praksa upravljanja promjenama (5. izdanje)<\/em><br \/>\n<em>The theory and praactice of change management.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>John Hayes, proffesor emeritus of change management \u2013 Leeds University, UK<\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Dodatni izvori:<br \/>\nBurnes, B.
